Irish Editorial and PR photographer James Horan is based in Dublin, Ireland.
James has worked across Ireland, the UK and Australia for many of the world's leading newspapers and magazines and shoots commercial, PR and magazine editorial photography for the Collins photo agency.

James is a member of the National Union of Journalists, The Press Photographers Association of Ireland and The British Press Photographers Association.
Currently James is working on a book project about Irish alternative horse culture.
